Hextraits

Two kinds of work. One pricing rule.

Pricing

Quick builds have published fixed prices. Operational systems have published starting points. Scope is agreed once and the total is fixed before implementation. No open-ended hourly billing.

Step 01

Solve one problem quickly

A website, a live board, or a command center. Published fixed prices. Live in days.

Step 02

Build the operating system around the process

Intake, roles, automation, exceptions, and reporting for one department — agreed once, then built.

Step 03

Scale it across teams and regions

The same kind of system, coordinated across teams, regions, or the wider organization.

Quick Builds

Solve one problem quickly

Standardized products. Published fixed prices. Split the payment if you want — half up front and half on delivery, or three monthly payments at no extra cost.

Websites

Website Rebuild

$1,200 fixed

Live in 7 business days

  • Clean, fast, mobile-first design — built to make the phone ring
  • Online booking and scheduling, click-to-call always visible
  • Service pages, calendar, and customer resources
  • You own everything: domain, content, and code

Dashboards

Starter Dashboard

$1,500 fixed

Delivered in 5 business days

  • One live board for jobs or escalations: owner, age, status, history
  • Searchable from desktop and phone
  • Weekly summary report sent automatically
  • Training for your team, included

Teams that fix their tracking typically get back 5–15 hours every week. At what your time is worth, these builds pay for themselves in two to three months — then keep paying you.

Operational Systems

Build the operating system, then scale it

Published starting points for departments, multi-team organizations, regional operations, and enterprise customers. Scope is agreed once. The total is fixed before we build. There is no artificial ceiling — a larger implementation is still a single agreed number, not an hourly meter.

One department · 01

Department Workflow System

For one department or process that needs more than a board: structured intake, automation, roles, reporting, and a place for exceptions.

from $5,000

  • Intake, stages, and handoffs that match how the work actually moves
  • Roles so the right people see the right work
  • Exception handling and human review when a case needs a decision
  • Reporting the department can run on every week
  • Automations that replace copying data between tools

Teams and regions · 02

Multi-Team / Multi-Region Operations Platform

For organizations that need multiple roles, teams, or regions on one platform — with governed workflows and a single view of the operation.

from $12,500

  • Multiple teams or regions without a pile of separate boards
  • Governed workflows and handoffs that do not depend on one person
  • Consolidated reporting across the operation
  • Stronger access boundaries and data controls
  • Coordinated work: who owns it, how old it is, what happens next

Care plans — optional, month to month

Starts after delivery if you want it. Cancel any time; everything stays yours and keeps working. Existing clients reach me directly at support@hextraits.ai.

For Quick Builds

Standardized websites, dashboards, and command centers.

Care

$200/month

  • Hosting and keeping everything running
  • Monitoring — I usually know before you do
  • Fixes when something breaks or looks wrong
  • Email support for your team

Care Plus

$450/month

  • Everything in Care
  • One improvement every month — a new report, column, or rule
  • Priority response
  • Quarterly review: what's working, what to build next

For Operational Systems

Higher-responsibility support for systems people depend on every day. Response expectations are written into the engagement — I do not publish a generic SLA here.

Operations Care

from $1,250/month

  • Monitoring, hosting, and keeping a business-critical system running
  • Support and maintenance when something breaks or the process changes
  • Ongoing improvements scoped into the monthly engagement
  • Direct access for the people who run the system day to day

Enterprise Care

from $2,500/month

  • Everything in Operations Care, sized for a broader platform
  • Priority operational support for the teams that depend on it
  • Response expectations we write into your engagement — not a generic public SLA
  • Ongoing optimization as teams, regions, and rules grow

Fair questions

Can I split the payment on a Quick Build?

Yes. For Website Rebuild, Starter Dashboard, and Escalation Command Center: half to start and half on delivery, or split the build into three monthly payments. No interest, no fees, no credit check. Cash flow matters — the Quick Build prices respect that.

How are larger systems priced?

Operational systems have published starting points, not a menu of every possible total. We agree the scope once. Then the total is fixed before implementation. No open-ended hourly billing, and the price does not drift after we agree. Larger implementations can exceed the starting point substantially — that is expected, and you will still see a single number before work starts.

Do you work with larger organizations?

Yes. Departments, multi-team companies, regional operations, and enterprise customers are a core part of the work — not an exception. The public case study is an operations dashboard that ran at national scale. Small service businesses are still a core lane. Both are intentional.

Can we start with one department and expand?

Yes. That is the intended path. Start with the department or process that hurts most. When it is working, we expand to other teams or regions without throwing the first build away. The commercial ladder is built for that: Quick Build, department system, then multi-team or enterprise platform.

Who owns the system and the data?

You do. It runs on accounts you control. The care plan is optional — skip it or cancel later and everything keeps working and stays yours.

What happens after launch?

You can run it yourselves, or stay on a care plan. Standardized Quick Builds use Care or Care Plus. Operational systems use Operations Care or Enterprise Care. Care covers monitoring, support, maintenance, and ongoing improvements. Cancel any time; the system and the data remain yours.

We already use Jobber / Housecall Pro. Does this replace it?

No — keep it. Scheduling software is good at scheduling. Dashboards and operational systems catch what falls outside job tickets: escalations, callbacks, warranty issues, approvals, and the questions leadership asks. The website replaces only your website.

What if my process is unusual?

Every operation's process is unusual — that's the point of building instead of buying. If a Quick Build fits, you get that published price. If you need a department or multi-team system, we start from the published starting point and agree a fixed total on the call. Never an hourly meter.

What if it takes you longer than promised?

Once we agree the engagement, the price does not change. That is what a fixed total means — the risk is mine, not yours.

What do you need from us?

For a Quick Build: one kickoff call, one person who can answer how work flows today, and honest reactions to the first working version. For an operational system: a process owner who can decide, plus the people who actually do the work. That's it.

Not sure where you sit on the ladder? Ask me on a call.

Twenty minutes, no obligation. I'll tell you whether a Quick Build or an operational system is the honest fit — and if neither is, I'll tell you that too.
