Distributor reporting
Three markets. One checked monthly workbook.
Read the transcript
Every month, this fictional distributor receives reports from three markets, in different layouts. Registro shows how those scattered reports can become one checked master workbook.
The sample includes case quantities, individual bottles, and a repeated attachment. Three reports contribute to the month. The duplicate is set aside so it cannot inflate the totals.
One line says ten cases, but the pack size is missing. The supplied sample product sheet confirms twelve bottles per case. A reviewer approves that rule before finalizing.
The six records now form one master sheet: five hundred forty bottles and nine hundred forty-eight dollars in reported sales. Each row retains its source report and the calculation behind it.
The summary shows each market's contribution. The Excel download includes the master, summary, and validation notes. These sample values match a checked reference. Customer files need their own agreed rules and validation.
